Herstory

 Candice's background includes

performing as a dancer, actor

and improv-sketch artist, training in studio

and field production and stints as

a regional stage manager.

A work-study program at the

Roundabout Theatre Company led to

modest but significant opportunities

to work with actors Jasmine Guy and

David Strathairn, playwright Nicole Quinn and film directors Jace Alexander, Christian Faber and David Gleeson.

She parlayed her skills to direct her first short documentary titled “Go Quietly” which screened at the Ohio Independent Film Festival during the week of the 2016 U.S. Presidential election. Her screenplay, “Alternative Universe”

won the top prize at the Austin Comedy

Short Film Festival.
